What kind of classes/workshops do you offer?

We try to program a variety of classes geared towards beginner and intermediate woodworkers. Classes range from picture frames, boxes, and serving boards to a Danish cord stool. If you have an idea for a class you’d love to attend, or you feel like you’d be a good fit to help us develop classes, send along a message to programming@astoriawoodworkers.org.

In addition to classes, we also offer opportunities to volunteer for community projects. In the past, we’ve built a puppet theatre, a beehive enclosure, and a solar panel structure for a community garden, among other projects. Sign up for our email list or follow us on IG for announcements on upcoming volunteer opportunities!

Our organization is run entirely by volunteers. If you are interested and would like to volunteer your time, please contact us at info@astoriawoodworkers.org.
